"We were working with an IT company in the past for network support and a backup solution. They committed to reliably back up all of our critical data locally and offsite. Several times when asked to verify the backup, we were told that it had been backing up, but recently there had been some errors. The lack of confidence in the solution resulted in paying for a second company to perform a second data backup. Then the true test came when we walked in to our office on a Tuesday morning to find that our server was dead. Jon arrived at our office at 7:30am, did some troubleshooting on the server to attempt to resolve the issue, but found that the server had a failed part that could only be shipped from a third-party vendor. Instead of making important decisions under the stress of being down, Jon flipped a couple of switches on the backup system and by 8:30am we were able to access all of our patient records and continue to treat every patient that was scheduled that day. Fast forward two and a half weeks and the decision was made to order a new server all while still running our office on the backup solution. Integrity IT was able to move our data from the backup to our new server on off hours, with zero downtime during patient hours.
My business is my livelihood and I have learned through this experience how costly it would have been for me and my dental practice if I had not switched in time to have the back up with Jon at integrity. The backup ran perfectly. We did not miss a beat during the time it took to build a new server for us. It was reasonable and efficient with him.
